HangarVector LLC processes information needed to provide accounts, profiles, aviation workspaces, aircraft records, Marketplace listings and messages, digital business cards, private Rolodex contacts, subscriptions, support, analytics, AeroSolve, security and other requested services.
Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, information may include account and contact data; profile and aviation qualification information; workspace and business records; aircraft, work-order, training and operational information; uploaded photos and documents; communications; transaction and subscription metadata; trusted-device identifiers; approximate login geography; support conversations; and product-usage events.
Public and private information
Private workspace and Rolodex information is not made public merely because it is stored in HangarVector. Public Profile and Marketplace information is displayed according to user-selected visibility. Uploaded business cards remain private to the uploader unless deliberately shared or linked.
Security and account integrity
Device and geographic information may be used for authentication, fraud prevention, account-sharing detection and security. HangarVector applies role and workspace permissions to restrict access. Support personnel do not automatically receive unrestricted access to customer workspaces.
Service providers
HangarVector may use service providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, security, communications and analytics. Data is retained according to the type of data, account status, security and audit needs, legal obligations and user requests.
Your choices and rights
Users can manage public profile visibility, Marketplace contact visibility, subscriptions, trusted devices and other account settings. Applicable privacy laws may provide additional access, correction, deletion or objection rights. Requests can be made through HangarVector Support.
Worldwide use
HangarVector is designed for worldwide aviation use. International users may have additional rights under applicable law and future jurisdiction-specific disclosures may supplement this policy.
