Terms of Service
HangarVector provides aviation software, networking, Marketplace, business-management, troubleshooting, communication, automation and related digital services. Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, comply with applicable law, respect workspace permissions and use the platform only for authorized purposes.
Intellectual Property & Proprietary Technology
HangarVector™, AeroSolve™, Lindberg, the HangarVector software platform, original interfaces, workflows, software code, data structures, algorithms, automation systems, matching and routing systems, business-intelligence systems, allocation logic, knowledge-organization methods and other original technology or content are proprietary to HangarVector LLC or its licensors where applicable.
Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, create unauthorized derivative commercial services, or use HangarVector proprietary technology to build or train a competing product.
User-owned content remains subject to the rights granted by the user for operating the service. Third-party material remains subject to third-party rights.
AeroSolve
AeroSolve provides troubleshooting intelligence and reported field knowledge. It is not approved maintenance data and does not replace applicable manuals, regulations, approved engineering data, required inspections, professional judgment or manufacturer instructions.
Subscriptions
Paid services are governed by the Subscription & Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy shown at purchase and in the user account.
Marketplace
Marketplace users are responsible for their listings, transactions, qualifications, licensing and regulatory compliance. HangarVector may moderate or remove abusive, deceptive, illegal or security-threatening content.
Account security
HangarVector may use trusted-device, geographic, authentication and usage-security signals to protect accounts and enforce subscription access. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, credential sharing, compromise or security abuse.
